I decided to buy skates for street skating on impulse. I know next to nothing about skating other then my friend does it, it's rad as hell, and you need specific softness wheels or something. The poor worker, who's name I forgot to ask please forgive me, was absolutely lovely!! Great customer service especially when faced with an oblivious customer like myself. This place has continued my lucky streak of only having positive experiences in the skating community and this interaction has definitely encouraged me with this hobby. I hope one day I will more confidently enter this shop to buy some fancy trick skates to do some sick moves. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends, 10/10

After 10 years I decided its time to refresh my ice skates, gone are the glory days of my figure skating. I was nervous and excited to get a new pair.Luke was fantastic. Amazing service. He was very patient, knowledgeable and truly interested to get me the right pair of skates ( even sharpened them). They are perfect, thank you so much !I highly recommend this place, you will be blown away!

Came in today to get my first pair of hockey skates. I was assisted by Alex and Luke who were both lovely and very helpful in answering all of my questions. They brought out a range of skates and helped me find the best fitting pair. Very happy with my purchase and my experience.Highly recommended!

I didn't get his name, but the sales staff at the store was extremely helpful and let me try on several skates and really take my time. Wasn't overly pushy or rushing me to buy any of the skates. His advice was really helpful and I'd definitely recommend to a friend and come back for more advanced skates in the future!

Definitely 6 * service! I just bought my first pair of ice skates and I am really glad that I went to this place. They were so knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. No wonder is this place loved by so many ice skaters in London. Highly recommended!! :)

This place is really the beyond experience, who really care for costumers. I had no idea what to buy but the manager and his team took around 45 minutes to help me out pick the right product.I have never experienced such costumer care since 1995 such actually mattered. Many thanks for the help I am very glad for my ice-skates which I am using every week at Queensway. Also it is very easy to get some help from the shop in case something is not all right. They take care of it immediately.

The number one place I go to get my skates sharpened. I've been coming here for a few years now and highly recommend. Staff are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do.

Whilst the staff here are very nice and helpful in store (I believe it was Luke I saw), as evidenced by the positive reviews, I'm having to give a low review due to the actual product service given. This January I bought a pair of Edea Overtures as a beginner skater. I tried on skates and was given size 280. These never felt like they stayed on my feet correctly on ice and caused a lot of pain. I put it down to me being a beginner. I was told to try tightening the laces at the instep, which I did, to the point it was painful, but it still didn't keep my foot held in place at the back. I opted to buy some insoles as I have had problems with my arches previously.Once I started private coaching I was told they could see the boots moving around on my feet. I opted to go to another skate fitter as they offered to scan my feet and measure it in 3D. It turns out I should be size 265, 3 sizes smaller than I was sold here. So I had to fork out another £200+ for more skates. Furthermore, I was told by both the other skate shop and my coach, who are not affiliated, that they've had several students who've experienced the same improper measurements at the Skate Centre.Generally disappointed to have wasted this much money. Especially as a beginner it's so difficult to know what to look for in a fitting, you have to just go by what you read online and what you're told in store.

The customer service from Alex and Luke is always amazing and they are both very knowledgeable and welcomingLuke will always go out of his way to help and make sure you leave satisfied. They are very reasonably priced and when they have sales prices are un matched !
