I love this shop and they're dog friendly, too. On my most recent trip, I managed to get some colour coordinated homewares for my refurbishment project and the most beautiful little filigree brooch in sterling silver for just £6.50.

Nice antique centre. Lots of interesting items. I managed to find a stool for a little upcycle project. Reasonably priced items too. I can't wait to visit again.

Halstead Antiques Centre
Always a good choice if you have an hour or two to spare. Lots of goods to rummage through, something for everyone. Staff are always warm, friendly and helpful (bear in mind that they are not in control of prices- the individual dealers who rent space set their own pricing and refunds).

They have lots of interesting items over two floors, you can easily spend a couple of hours looking around, but it is a shame that the member of staff I encountered was appallingly rude
