충전용 카드를 구입하고 카드에 금액을 충전하는 방식이 직관적이지 않고 복잡합니다.주의사항1. 세제도 직접 충분한 양을 가지고 다녀야 합니다. 세제와 옷을 세탁기에 넣은 후에서야 세탁기가 고장난 것을 발견하게 되면, 세제를 가지러 다시 기숙사까지 돌아가야하는 불상사가 발생합니다.주의사항2. 건조기의 경우, 돈 먹는 하마입니다. 건조를 마친 후에야 비로소 건조기가 고장난 것을 발견할 때가 종종 있습니다. 이 경우 환불도 안됩니다. 다시 새로운 건조기에 건조비용을 지불하고 다시 50분이란 시간을 소비해야합니다.

Everything is badly explained. I got charged twice for one service and worst part is that the door of my clothes doesn't unlock and it's been like 5 minutes since it was supposed to unlock by itself. Worst laundry service I've seen in my whole life
