My carpet was filthy after being layed 7 years ago and 3 dogs later....I decided to see how well they would clean rather than jumping in and buying new and boy am I glad I did! I am so pleased with how Fabricmax have left them and will definitely call on them again! Not only did they do a great job, they were very accommodating and very pleasant. It was clear they take pride in their work which is always a plus!

We’re really happy with the services provided by Fabricmax and we would totally recommend their services! My carpet was full of dust (and hair), which normal vacuum cleaners were not able to remove. Matt and Kate did a great job: my carpet and sofa now look brand new (though it is a bit hard to see in the pictures). They carefully cleaned tough spots, like under the bed and on the sides of the sofa. Matt was very helpful, particularly because we live in a flat, where is more difficult to bring his equipment. They arrived on time, and both of them were very friendly and efficient (they finished quicker than I expected!). It is also worth mentioning that they were very careful with Covid regulations. They were using masks and gloves all the time and kept a distance from us as much as it was possible, which we really appreciated. We are definitely hiring them again when the services are needed!

Excellent service throughout. Talked me through the whole process and gave good advice about how to take care of my carpet after the clean. Also did an additional carpet for me while they were here as I only booked for living room initially, cleaned the hall and staircase for a very reasonable cost. Very accommodating, professional service. Highly recommended by us and I will also be passing details to friends and family.

Matthew is absolutely professional when it comes to carpet cleaning! He is super friendly and super knowledgeable as well! He taught us some tips to maintain the cleanliness of the carpet and things to use to clean our kitchen laminated floor! He even offered to clean our bathroom floor as well free of charge! The results were immaculate we are very satisfied!Will definitely recommend Fabricmax to anyone! 10/10 will use this service again!

Called Tony and chatted with him. Sent a picture of couch that needed cleaned and he gave a price - which i agreed.He continued with clear communications and arrived promptly on agreed time.He takes pride in his work which is clearly evident. Very pleasant and professional in his approach.Would recommend and use again.
