First time I have been here and I had Sarah who was amazing and kind and the massage was amazing! The treatment room is also comforting, warm and smelled amazing. Really felt like I was having a proper pamper and left feeling very uplifted and relaxed. The shop they have is also beautiful. I will definitely be back and if anyone is looking for a deeply pampering and nurturing experience but needs a good massage for very tight muscles, this is definitely the place to go and Sarah the person to see ❤️

Kate is amazing, she reads your body and delivers exactly what it needs during a treatment. Could not recommend more, she has saved me on multiple occasions with my neck and back and eased my migraine vision disturbance in one session.

Whole heartedly this is the best place for a deep tissue massage in Stratford-upon-Avon. My partner and I have come here for years now and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. I have had both Kate and Gemma and every appointment they adjust the technique for my needs, the team are so welcoming and professional. Had a wonderful Swedish Massage with the lovely Rachel today. The room smelt amazing, was lovely and warm and the soundtrack took me away somewhere. I've been going to Posture and Poise for a few months now after attending an open day and a crystal workshop. Open days are a great way to book in and try something new. Kate, Gemma and Rachel are so welcoming and friendly. I get a truly positive experience every time I go and I'm so pleased to have found it.

I’ve gotten to know both Kate and Gemma through having my Lympatic post op mummy makeover drainage massages. Posture and poise was the first place to come up when I searched in the area and I’m so glad I managed to find these girls. It was the only place in the area to offer the service I was looking for. I am now 11 post op and have built an amazing relationship with Kate, I have had amazing results from the treatment itself. I am always made to feel so welcome and comfortable throughout and we have a giggle and a catch up!
