My sessions with Dr. Rolli came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. It was after I had a panic attack in January 2020. I had done more than ten years of psychological therapy in Italy, but I had never been given a diagnosis. During the first session, she immediately diagnosed me, and I could finally put a name to how I felt. Her non-judgemental manner made topics easier to address head-on, which I needed and appreciated. Reliably astute observations allowed me to stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. They also left nowhere to hide, which is precisely what one wants from a therapist. With her, I began my healing journey. And I finally understand the reason for so many of my reactions. I learned to accept and overcome what had happened to me. I've changed.And consequently, the relationship with the family. I'm a person who feels better about herself now. The journey is long, but I thank Dr. Rolli for being by me over these years. She helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt insurmountable, and I'm happier. I would highly recommend her.
