We recently purchased a car with the help of Josh. I'm fussy about dealerships as I don't tolerate pushy sales and will go elsewhere.Josh was amazing! He talked us through everything that was available and even found us a better car that was within our budget. We can't recommend him or the entire experience enough, it was very refreshing and his and the teams attitude to the customer and making sure it's an enjoyable experience is to be applauded.Very happy customers.

Very nice experience buying a nearly new Polo from Phoebe Broome at this dealership. Super professional, with all the options explained very clearly. The dealership is large and spacious with a great coffee machine, very friendly staff who are highly attentive. Strongly recommended especially given a poor experience elsewhere. Ask for Phoebe, you won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased a car frrom Marshall Volkswagen and had an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find the perfect car for my needs. I worked with Leonardo (no Di Caprio) a lovely Venezuelan guy who was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease.

Really happy with the service from Leo when I bought my (used approved) car in July. Very prompt to respond to my enquiry, acknowledged the delay in our appointment starting (previous appointment had overrun, but many would have just ignored that), very patient and answered our questions, and negotiated a deal I was happy with. I realised there was a small issue after I’d picked the car up and within days he got it sorted.

I recently used this dealership to buy an approved used car and I couldn’t be happier. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional but I would like to give a special mention to James Watts. He’s incredibly helpful- he has great knowledge of the cars (both in terms of features and mechanics) and products he’s selling, and he helped me to make a confident choice when it came to finance and optional extras. He was super responsive and friendly throughout the purchasing process and immediately put me at ease. He answered every (sometimes silly!) question I had and I cannot recommend him and this dealership enough. One very happy customer here!

This was a fantastic experience from the first call to picking up our new car in less than 48hrs. Pheobe Broome was phenomenal and I am looking now for my 2nd car from Marshalls Didcot. Bought a car from them recently, paid a significant amount of money communication was perfect up until I received the car. Less than 24hrs after purchase I noticed a lot of scratches that they had attempted to buff out. Sent multiple emails and had no response at all. Disgusting customer serviceUpdate**** of the back of this review I received a phone call from the manager the very next day and was assured it would all be sorted. Took the car in as requested they took some photos and said they will be in touch. Still nothing also we had outstanding finance on the car we traded in it has just come to light that this still has not been settled and we are currently still paying for our old vehicle

Fantastic experience. Travelled 175 miles to collect our car. Leonardo Lopes made the whole experience superb...Great communication, timely and superb video sent, showing exactly what we needed to see before deciding to travel.But, most importantly, he was well mannered, very polite, interested in us as people (not simply paying customers) and not at all pushy.He is a real credit to the dealership and would be a great role model to car sales people new to the job or needing further people skills training.We would definitely consider coming to this dealership again, based on our experience with Leo.Thank you so much Leo!
