Our (Route One Engineering, Pakistan) experience with Coltraco, Ultrasonic, UK sales, after sales and technical teams have been excellent. The product quality and delivery time is 5/5. As regard to the technical support, Adrian had been a great help everytime we were stuck in getting desired result. Our permaflow ultrasonic meter installations on 2 x extra large sized pipelines took us more than 6 month to completely satisfy our end user which would not have been possible without the continuous and timely support. Our end-user was also pretty much happy with the result that they are likely to place more orders for the same product. Overall rating for Sales, Aftersales/technical support is 5/5.
