Where do I even begin. From the first stage of contact Nicola was an absolute pleasure to converse with and did everything she could to advise me on what was the best treatment for my concerns. I was very worried as I had a lot of scaring on my lips and was worried of it making it a lot worse or something going wrong. Nicola reassured me from the get go and I felt so comfortable and relaxed in her presence! I am an absolute baby with needles and because I was in a lot of pain with my scar tissue Nicola took her time and went at my own pace. She even gave me some stress balls and helped with my breathing when I started to panic. She was cheering me on through it and counting me down to make me feel more relaxed. I have never met someone so friendly and caring I genuinely felt like she cared about me and was really happy that I was in love with my new lips. The photos do not do her work justice, anyone would think she’s a plastic surgeon! She has fully transformed my lips and hidden my scar that has upset me for so long. She has given me a massive confidence boost and I genuinely would never trust anyone but her with my lips ever again. Very professional and experienced and so knowledgable to the point I felt like I was an expert in fillers once she had talked me though everything. She uses only the best products and her clinic is so clean and welcoming and her candles always smell amazing. I thought the aftercare was amazing how she kept checking in to make sure my lips were okay and healing well and if I ever have any concerns or questions she would reply to me instantly. I 100% recommend Nicola to you all. I live over an hour from her and even if she moved across country I would fly there just so she could do my lips. YES she is that good!!!

I would definitely recommend Nicola, I’ve had lip filler done twice now and both times have been absolutely perfect and so natural. She made me feel so comfortable and did them exactly how I wanted, I couldn’t be happier.

I have been coming to Nicola for a long time now for subtle little helps, I have regular Botox and have had cheek and smokers lines filled. My cheeks were done many months ago and still look full and I’m happy with the results. I recently had my smokers lines filled - these pesky lines haunted me! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nicola always fills me with confidence, she is easy to talk to too and very knowledgeable. I trust Nicola completely.
