Fantastic surgery. Having been at another practice since birth 47 years ago Wonersh comes up trumps. If you need a same day appointment call the receptionists and a Doctor will call and make you an appointment if necessary. I've had a lot of issues recently and I've been well looked after. So glad I've changed to Wonersh.

Wonersh Surgery: No-one available to speak to on the phone, messaging system difficult to use- switched off in the afternoons (why?!), cannot see the history of messaging and cannot reply to the previous message to clarify anything important.

Appallingly bad.Drs from the continent who either don’t know the option to or don’t want to refer to a Specialist, but instead make their own dismissive and ultimately incorrect diagnosis - resulting in a bad situation getting worse.OR inexperienced GPs who don’t have the confidence or emotional maturity to write out a simple repeat script from an already assessed and medicated diagnosis from a Specialist.The Admin staff are hit and miss. Some are polite and very helpful. Others are incredibly lazy - to the point where they make eye contact from inside their little back office but make no effort to get up and speak to you at the public counter.Others just have very poor comprehension and should not be working there.Basically this surgery is a disaster.Part with your money and go private.

My mum's GP so I often go there with mum.I have been to many GP with friends and families including my own GP and this one is 5 star in absent of 10 star in terms of reception, staff, doctors and overall everything.

A hard working surgery that have provided a life line to me during long-term illness via many fantastic GP partners. Any issues I have had are as mentioned in other posts booking an appointment as I was not clear about how the system works or it has been improved and it takes a while for my mind to catch up. All problems I've raised with the surgery have been dealt with in a sensitive and respectful way possibly leading to on going improvements.This is a good doctors surgery with many excellent GP's that have served me well over many years.

The drs are great but the receptionist staff are APPALLING. Rude, unhelpful, attacking, - should not be working in a public facing job. Show zero compassion for any patients with a mental health issue. This is 2023 and with all the press over not stigmatizing mental health - Wonersh Surgery Staff clearly did not get any training in this department. I go to The Mill in Godalming now - it is a younger staff team on receptionist they are helpful, non judgemental and sincere. Wonersh take note!

The care and service received from all the staff is of the highest standard. Dr. Bodgener and her team are a shinning example of how a doctors practice should be run! Other surgeries could learn a lot from this amazing team!5 Stars is not enough, more like 50!
