Platinum Renault Yeovil

Was looking to buy a new (used) car.Although you didn't have what I was looking for, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. So much in fact I have decided to beek my car in with you for it's next service.

I have always had a good experience at Renault, Yeovil. Pete has always helped me find the right car for me. I have been very happy on the two occasions he's helped me to select my car. Highly recommended!

Pete is knowledgeable and always cheerful. No hard sell, gives you the info, answers your questions and it's a good sales process. First time we've used them, or bought a Renault, tbh, but the Megane Iconic is pretty neat.

I received fantastic service when I visited recently. My car was booked in for a service and I was given a courtesy car to use which was great. When I picked my car up it had also been cleaned! Thankyou so much.

I came in to this dealership looking at a new Dacia. I was helped by the sales manager Steve who took me through everything, i had finance approved quickly and collected my vehicle the very next day! Fantastic experience and i will certainly return!

I was worried about my tyre pressures as my light came on, so I popped down to the dealership to see if they could help and they very kindly fitted me in straight away. Very exceptional service, would highly recommend.

Platinum Renault Yeovil staff at this dealership are so friendly and helpful, I cannot say the same about the way Renault conduct their ideas on customer service, waited about 3 months for a part on order which PR said they couldn’t chase up or contact anyone to try and get things in or moving, car then failed the MOT because of said part not being supplied earlier, PR staff then through Renault supplied a hire car with no cost to ourselves and to cut the story a bit the part was then supplied fitted and MOT re-tested all within 7 days! You can come to your own conclusions as to why that was, Renault customer service it wasn’t until it seems they had too!!

Just replaced car for my parents and they simply could not have been more helpful and empathetic in Yeovil - in particular Noel and Peter. They were clear and patient and I thank them for their excellent service !

Pete in particular has always been very approachable, professional and in no way pushy. Clear contact from start to beginning of the sales process, very up front and honest with figures and recommendations as well. Would HIGHLY recommend (I'm sure the others are JUST as good as Pete...!)

Fantastic service from the sales team. I arrived having no appointment to look at a Kadjar I’d seen on their website. The team were able to see me straight away and I was able to test drive straight away. Thank you.
