I required some items to be scanned and reverse engineered. The quality of the parts was excellent and exactly what we required. The speed of the process was less than a week and very reasonably priced, we will definitely do business again with the Surface scan team.

Great customer service. I didn't actually get anything printed from them because I had submitted an order that wasn't feasible in the method I chose. They attempted a few methods and then provided a full refund without me even asking! Then even suggested a better method for me to try (even though they didn't offer it).Amazing display of integrity and care for the customer when they could have easily sent a poor quality product and blamed me.

Great first experience with SurfaceScan. Communication with Angela throughout the process was top notch. I sent the guys 3 small intricate items for SLS printing and the quality is outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will definitely be back in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody. Thanks a lot guys.

On behalf of Balustrade Components UK Ltd:Exceptional customer service from Angela. We paid for the rapid-turnaround option. Surface Scan performed, Royal Mail did not! They managed to do something only Royal Mail could do and took 5 days to deliver a next-day service. When I called Angela she responded immediately, got another sample printed and got it out to us. It arrived next day and is absolutely spot on. She went above and beyond for us and has delivered a great product.10/10 - would highly recommend.
