My wife went in to get her phone fixed after the screen turned black. It was clear the phone was still working and it was just an issue with the screen. Ali fixed it and got a new screen on it in less than an hour! He was so lovely and helpful. He diagonised the issue within 20 mins and gave us options going forward. Once we picked an option he had it fixed and working again in 30 mins. Stand up guy and reasonabily priced. Would highly recommend going here if you have any phone issues :)

A very good place to go for clear, patient help with phones.

Fixed the iPhone quickly but learnt 3 very important lesson that might be useful to others:1) If you have a screen protector then take it off before you hand it over, I ended up paying £120 for a new screen that I didn't need because the protector was cracked it was easy to assume the screen was also cracked but I did ask for the old screen back and only realised my mistake when I got home..2) If they do replace the screen it is not with authentic Apple parts so you'll end up with a message in your settings saying, 'unknown part' and you can't remove it. Only matters if you try and trade it in or sell it.3) When you book an appointment online, it says battery replacement £10, it isn't, it is £45 when you get there.Good quick service and could be outstanding with a few changes but hopefully the above helps them improve.

Great service. New screen on my phone, done within the hour and a screen protector gratis. Lovely chap that works there too. Very friendly.

Went to see Ali at the fone fitness shop today couldn't be more helpful and sorted out my problem didn't charge the earth even went out and bought me a coffee cheers Ali

I took my phone for a screen replacement today and when I unlocked my phone, some of my personal apps were open, running in the background. he asked for a passcode which was very off. I have seen that he went through my gallery. I texted them on facebook to ask for an explanation but all I got was complete denial. do not repair your phone here. I am absolutely disgusted. avoid it like a plague.
