5 star service from start to finish. Kris’ manner and professionalism, conveyed over the phone, convinced me to receive our machine couriered (and pay a hefty financial sum in advance, on nothing other than his word - I do not know this man from Adam), rather than making the 200 mile trip from home to pay in person and collect. Everything went as Kris said it would - tracked Parcel Force delivery and a parcel packed more securely than any other I have received. Kris kept me informed by email at every stage of the process - excellent communication. The machine when it arrived was better than expected - exactly as Kris said it would be - which is always a worry when you’re buying something that’s second hand and discontinued (Bernina 1008). I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Absolutely fantastic! I brought Kris my mother's nearly 50 year old Bernina for a full service and fix, after the very old electrics finally went BANG. Now, I imagine this is what the machine felt like when it was new out of the box! Very approachable gentleman, polite, and efficient. Definitely recommend the Sewing Machine Box!

Kris has serviced my machine to make it like new! I took it to a sewing machine course the weekend after and enjoyed using it very much. Spurred on to get various projects underway! Heartily recommend the Sewing Machine Box!

My two Singer sewing machines needed expertly cleaning and refurbishing. Both were fully checked over and repaired where necessary. Now running perfectly.The works were done within a couple of days each so that I wasn’t without my machines for very long each time.It was easy to drop them off and collect, with help getting them in ant out of my car. A nice touch.Thoroughly recommend.

My machine was repaired and serviced within two days. I have had my machine for over 12 years, so this was so overdue. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had originally bought my machine off Kris in the first place. My machine now runs beautifully and is so much quieter, it’s like a new machine. I recently took my Toyota sewing machine to Kris for a much needed service and repair. I was so pleased with the outcome that I have since returned with my 55year old Singer sewing machine which unbelievably has been returned to me like new! It was serviced and re-wired. Kris is a polite, professional and knowledgeable gentleman. I would definitely recommend and will return as needed. Thank you!

Invaluable Help!I contacted Kris after a recommendation from a local business and found him to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My sewing machine had developed a problem, which he was able to resolve quickly, at the same time cleaning and testing the machine before getting it back to me a short time later. Highly recommended - I shall certainly be contacting Kris again, I am sure. His advice was invaluable. One very happy customer!
