360 Champagne and Cocktails

Chose this place as staging post for my daughter's birthday get-together. The staff were really helpful in reserving a booth and side table, and kept a cake I had baked in their fridge until the end. Ordered mocktails which were fine, as well as a bottle of wine, and 4 rounds of sandwiches. We weren't rushed, and the staff were excellent, attending to us regularly, and clearing all the 'empties'. The only downside was the bar seems to be a walk-through for shoppers, so can feel a bit like a corridor.

Extortionate prices for tasteless drinks! This was such a let down as my friend and I stopped here for a cheeky cocktail whilst shopping but £18 for 2 cocktails is a rip off for Essex! The last time I paid that amount was for 2 drinks at the top of Heron tour with incredible views over London!

Sam the manager was so nice and helpful! The m25 was shut and she gave us updates and was caring and offered 100% customer service and would certainly come back would! highly recommend! She made our visit count!!

Quite a nice place to kick feet up and relax for a drink. Unfortunately the service was something else. Meant to me table service but the two members of staff didn't come over. After going to the bar one member of staff pulled himself away from his conversation to serve me. Ordered 2 small white wines and they came smaller than expected. The sizes on the menu don't reflect what they actually serve. Finally the glasses were warm and wet and even though an attempt at washing had clearly been undertaken the glass itself was sticky.

Could the service be any poorer? Sat for over 5 minutes with no service whilst three young staff were gossiping at the bar. Got up to buy a drink and apparently it's table service only. Had one glass if bubbly and could have easily left without paying. Just one other customer in the place. It's 2pm Monday. Got up again for my second order and felt bad for interrupting Gordon and the two young girls as they were chatting. Staff has clearly no customer service training or they just chose to give bad service. Never again .

The Panini & Prosecco set is great. The Panini was really delicious and went well with the Prosecco. The price was reasonable enough. They have recently trimmed down their cocktail menu which is a shame because it was one of the rare places that served Caipirinhas (and it was good, too!). I know this isn't the bar's fault, but the large digital advertising screen put up by Lakeside is soooo invasive and bright. It's really distracting and has made the booths unpleasant to sit in now without being overwhelmed by flashy lights.

Just seen the bar man eating the snacks then sorting out his ponytail then he delivers two half of a strawberry to a customer in his hands gross.Thought it was bad when he held my drink by the rim of the glass.Plus the pages of the menu are stuck together.Yuck

On a past visit I would of gave the place 4 stars, but after today's total shambles when a waiter knocked a whole lemon meringue cocktail over me. Totally soaking my shirt and jeans, to then be told it will dry in 5 mins. It was discusting that we got only one cocktail knocked of our bill. As I had to spend the remainder of the day in lakeside soaked and smelling, and after the amount of money the 4 of my party spent you would of thought I'd of got more of the bill as my clothes was ruined. On top of that the embarrassment of the whole of lakeside seeing it happen, and all I was given was 5 napkins to clean myself. Nobody helped clean the mess up. I can accept accidents happen but I left feeling more should of been done to make me feel better about it. One free drink wasn't good enough and the free drink wasnt even mine.

After many years of going to lakeside we decided to stop and have a coffee here. We was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the prices were and we was allowed to sit and chat for as long as we liked. Friendly staff and nice bright place to rest inbetween shops! Will be our new spot!
