British Red Cross shop, Newmarket

Went into this shop Saturday.Good window display with current seasonal theme. Very well laid out store with reasonably priced clothes and other items for sale. Covid regulations in place with good shield at checkout.My husband stood outside with our greyhound Blaze. To my suprise the lady serving told me l could bring my dog in so my husband could go off shopping for himself. So l was able to purchase more items knowing l did not have to hurry. To my suprise my dog even got a treat and a drink. How about that for customer service. Go along and suprise yourself at such a pleasant shopping experience!

Awesome place to visit, great manager, great volunteers

My truck broke down outside the back of their shop today and they offered me tea, biscuits and a warm place to wait for the repair man to arrive. They're a lovely bunch of people. Thanks for coming to my rescue.
