Great all around and extremely cost effective-- just finished Uni and there was no way I could fit all of my stuff on the train for a move down to London. I was about to rent a car for 3 days and £1,000 when a friend referred me to Bernie. He packed the entire flat and video called me when he had questions so I knew exactly what was going where. I also had him ship a few boxes to the States and the rates were significantly less than I've paid previously. Nothing was broken, everything was well packed, and the whole process only took a day.

Bernie was the most helpful, organised, and diligent person when I needed (lots of) help packing up my dorm! I never thought unpacking could be such a breeze, but Bernies excellent packing skills proved it can be done. I highly recommend!!!! :)) Thank you for all your help, especially during these times.

An absolutely fantastic service, which I cannot recommend highly enough. I contacted Bernie in April about packing up my room, as I had to leave St Andrews for good at short notice. Bernie and I had several calls discussing some key details and the packing process. He also arranged storage for me, which was helpful. On packing day, Bernie selected a time to pack which would be convenient for me, given our time difference, which was kind. We FaceTimed numerous times to discuss how the packing process was going, what could be thrown away, etc. Bernie walks you through the entire process and keeps it fun. Overall, Bernie is an incredibly helpful person, who will ensure that your stuff is packed in a timely and orderly manner. Highly recommend this company to help you with all your packing/shipping needs! Bernie was so helpful throughout the whole process - had an initial video chat to explain the process then another call once he got all the boxes. We went through each box individually and once everything was packed & shipped I got a tracking number and my suitcase was with me in under 2 weeks. Really appreciate all the help and happy to have everything sorted out and shipped back to me!

I contacted Bernie after leaving St Andrews for good in March due to the pandemic. We had a phone call to agree on a time, and Bernie was very accommodating in agreeing on a time that would suit me. Furthermore, Bernie packed all of the things I had collected in four years more time- and space-efficiently than I would have ever been able to do myself. He called me several times throughout the packing process to double check what items I wanted packed or thrown away, and all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't have been happier with this service!

I 100% recommend Bernie if you need help packing! I had to leave St Andrews in March due to the pandemic and was freaking out a bit about the stuff I had left behind, but Bernie was so friendly and helpful. The entire process was made extremely easy and stress-free, and I had my boxes safely packed up ready for shipping within a couple of days of reaching out. An amazing service that I highly recommend! Bernie was extremely helpful and thorough. We video chatted periodically throughout so that he knew exactly what to pack and what could be binned. The entire process was easy and relieved a lot of stress regarding packing up my flat. Not only is Bernie professional and kind, but he is also hilarious, and makes packing one less thing to worry about in these peculiar times.
