Just wanted to say how fabulous your service is. We placed an order on Sunday on your website, Monday morning the engraving on the pocket watch was completed and the order dispatched Monday evening. We opted for the 2 day delivery and it was delivered this afternoon now that's service. Just a shame I can only give 5*Thank you.

I ordered one glass instead of two and when I contacted customer services to advise of my mistake they pushed through my second order quickly as I needed both glasses for tomorrow. Fantastic company, product, price and customer service- highly recommend. Company went above and beyond to get an item to me at short notice. They even upgraded to next day delivery without charge. Thank you so much for your support and a beautiful memorial gift for a bride who's mother died just before her wedding. Your necklace/locket meant she had a piece of her mum to carry close to her heart on her special day and beyond x
