Appalling service provided by Kirandeep Kang. From being reprimanded on my hour call to being sent an outcome letter with shocking wording which I was to submit to the home office for my visa application.I called requesting it to be reworded (not my charge changed but to be worded better!) and was immediately denied, having called back I was spoken to poorly and told never to contact them again by Kirandeep Kang, Shocking service honestly completely unnecessary and vile behavior.However, I will say the barrister on the day of court was amazing but he was subcontracted in, thank goodness.
