Dr Bradley Mann - Psychological Services

Dr Bradley Mann helped me through one of the darkest times in my life. He was a neutral sound board that enabled me to reflect on my deepest thoughts and gave me practical tools to put things in the right perspective. His sessions enabled me to take practical steps to identifying triggers (internal and external) and creating a concrete plan to deal with these effectively. Overall, I am more aware of how my mind perceives and processes things. I am grateful for his sessions, which were a key turning point during the healing process.

Bradley is a truly great therapist. People say it can take a few tries before you find a therapist you work well with but i feel lucky that the first one i worked with was Bradley who i instantly gelled with. I have worked with him on 2 separate occasions over the last 4 years and would not hesitate to return to him for more sessions if i need support in the future. On both occasions, he helped me work through some difficult stuff which had a long-lasting impact on my mental health and quality of life. He offered a totally non-judgmental space whilst effectively challenging my unhealthy thoughts/behaviours. He clearly has a lot of experience working with a range of issues and is able to switch between modalities depending on the issue you are trying to work through
