from agreeing the design and getting planning approval, to the lads arriving on the first day at the time promised, to the handing over of all the signed papers on completion, my new extension has been completed with the minimum of disruption.We had a single storey orangery built by Cleveland conservatories, with a central lightwell, complete with heating and all electrics.. which required planning permission, all handled by Cleveland Conservatiories.. We selected Cleveland Conservatories after they were recommended by a member of the family who had a conservatory built by them.Once planning permission was obtained a date was proposed and work began as planned. The first person on Site was Steve. He arrived promptly at 8.00 AM every morning and worked continuously from then with a short break for lunch. He did all the groundworks and main brickwork, with only occasional help from others when heavy work like lintels needed lifting into placeOnce all the brickwork was complete the roofing team arrived who quickly added a roof and then the windows and doors were added. Once secure the existing house wall was cut through to open up the new room. The plasterer then arrived followed by the plumber and electrician.Al the trades arrived in the correct sequence and we were never left waiting between one and the next.. the organisation was goodIn short we got exactly what we were promised, at the price we were promised, in the time we were promised.. and to the quality we were promised.. All the people that Clevelend conservatories sent were great to deal with. If you are thinking of getting a conservatory or orangery done then i would highly recommend Cleveland Conservatories..Update after 3 years.. still a happy customer.. a minor issue with insulation around the ceiling lights was quickly resolved with 1 call to Cleveland Conservatories. Just 1 call.. visit arranged, tradesman arrived promptly and solution proposed. Couple of days later solution implemented.The quality of the fittings, especially the bi-folding doors, has been excellent. My son in law has had a larger orangery installed with bifold doors by a different company and had significant ongoing problems which have not been resolved . I am glad I picked Cleveland Conservatories and would still highly recommend them.

Responded within 5 days to a call about a moderate leak on an orangery which was covered under a 10 year guarantee. Two polite lads came and carried out roughly an hours work to the outside of the orangery but no care or consideration was given to the cracking and water ingress and staining inside. I was told simply to sort it out myself when we redocorate which we do not anticipate being any time soon.

I cannot praise Russell and his team enough. I was put at ease at the initial meeting and the team working on my Conservatory and fascias were so polite and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. I will be recommending them without hesitation.

We have had a small extension done, new doors and new windows in just over 2 weeks!!! Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! Such a hard working bunch of guys and not a bit of mess left. We are over the moon and would definitely recommend this company. No payment was made until all the work was complete. Thank you so much Russell and everyone who worked so hard. Absolutely over the moon with my windows and the rendering done to the front of my house. Also thank you Russell for highlighting an issue and help in correcting it. The work carried out was done to a very high standard, staff were very friendly and always made sure everywhere was tidy at the end of the day. No Payment was asked for until all work was completed. I would highly recommend this company!

4 windows fitted and 1 composite door fitted.Russ did survey/estimate most importantly he did not try to sell us anything we did not actually need noted some windows were not in need of replacement which we thought needed to be replaced and price quoted was very competitive.Clare and Lee in the office friendly and answered any questions we had regarding product, price, installation etcFitting team (Andy and Jamie) were very professional, pleasant and did an excellent job. Very careful, clean and tidy.So much so, no filling or plastering repairs were required.Thanks lads.Will i use this company again YESWould I recommend this company YES!I would advise if you want work done give them a go

Please see the attached pictures of my orangery built by Cleveland Conservatories. Redcar Council are refusing to sign off the work as there is 'inadequate fall' not corresponding to the original drawings causing large area 'ponding' and have directed me to trading standards. Cleveland Conservatories have constantly refused to fix the issue over the last 5 years despite me obtaining a building report detailing the problem, they claim the issue is 'purely cosmetic'. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We have had a conservatory fitted at the back of the house ( in 2 weeks!!!). The job was done professionally, cleanly, quickly and by the most kind, caring and polite workers.

Cleveland Conservatories replaced my windows a few weeks ago and what a superb company they are!! First class service from quote to completion, the fitters arrived nice and early, were polite and cheerful, dust sheets down first then they got on with the job Highly Recommended! Thank you
