Unbelievably slow service at the one inside the Derbion, loads of staff in there, every time I've been it's slow.Today's the 3rd time I've walked out before getting served.Service elsewhere is much better it's not a Costa problem it's a THIS store problem

Terrible, I'm a great customer of costa, I earnt 2 free hot drinks with my hard earned money, only to get to the counter to be told the hot drinks I've ordered does not qualify for the free drinks, so had to pay full price, the next day one of my free drinks expired so I lost it, disgusting rip off company with over priced coffee in the first place.
