F.Hinds the Jewellers

The Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who served me was brilliant. I got a bit confused at one point but she was quite happy to explain things to me and nothing was too much trouble for her.. I would DEFINITELY recommend to F.Hinds, Aldershot to anyone.

I went in to store to get some ideas for remodelling an inherited ring. Sarah was incredibly helpful, let me view and try on several rings and I came out with much more of an idea of what I want to do.

Absolutely awful experience buying an engagement ring here. I got their insurance with the ring just in case.Ended up using it as one of the claws holding the diamond into place broke, got it fixed relatively quick and was told by the store attendant that the repair would be under guarantee for a year, not 3 months later the claw broke again, took it back and was informed they would send it off to the insurance company to look at and fix now the insurance have just said its out of their hands as I'm not longer covered by them.Then the store offered to fix it for over 50 quid. What's the point in paying for a fix when I'll only be back soon to fix it again?? Shoddy quality white gold engagement rings. Am now looking at other stores to buy a new engagement ring and wedding ring as this store is simply awful

Approached staff for assistance in the Aldershot Shop. They glanced at each other in silent communication. I felt like a worm. When I asked for assistance I was flogged off no proper explanation. I had gone in prepared to buy a good watch. But I walked off. I will buy in Reading were I felt welcome when I enquired. Appalling customer services. Will not visit shop again.

Lovely staff, very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Prices were very moderate- affordable high value jewellery. Will be back again!

Today was the day I had to buy a gift for my friend. It has been sometime coming to this decision. So headed straight to my local F.Hinds where I have shopped quite a few times and always loved it. After nearly half hour of standing and glancing through all the watches displayed, I stuck to 2 particular model (of course they were on sale). One was Pulsar and the other on Rotary. I asked the lady in the shop and she was prompt in taking them out and showed them to me. I asked them whether they were battery operated or solar powered. She clarified that they were battery operated. I asked her advise on one, she showed me few watches with solar power option and showed me Citizen model which I liked. I felt the watches and really liked them. My decision didn't take another minute long and I bought them. It was a beautiful sunny experience that has always been the trait at this local Hind of mine.

Team very welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. The piece of jewellery purchased today 02 Nov. Required adjustment no problem. Excellent service will recommend to friends and family.
