Came next day when my oil ran out, had issue with my boiler after (not related to the oil) and guys were really good and called me back on phone. Thank you for fast delivery, was a few hundered pounds more than normal oil delivery due to emergency but worth it.

Great service from Monks fuels. We got an emergency fuel oil delivery after being repeatedly let down by the supplier we’ve previously used. Monks came when they promised, turned up with a smaller van which had easier access and delivered what we ordered without issues. All unlike our normal supplier, who let us down badly.

Fantastic service from the guys at Monks fuels, we had a large diesel tank that required uplifting and the old fuel disposed and Jonathon was extremely informative and super helpful. In the day of the uplift they arrived promptly and worked efficiently and tidily. I highly recommend Monks fuels and will definitely use again.

This company is a breath of fresh air in the heating oil delivery sector. After being continually let down by one of the large suppliers of domestic heating oil I called Monks. They had a delivery arranged for the next day with a one hour time slot which they stuck to. This meant I was not hanging around all day waiting. Their communication is excellent and they deliver when they say they will. They are a pleasure to deal with.
