Went into Subway for a quick something to bite to eat before work, we got served by Becks (which it said on the name badge) i have never met anyone to be so rude and blunt, yes they’re might be other parts played into why she might not be feeling work! however it wasn’t pleasant to receive this customer service, i work in hospitality myself and have to deal with people on the daily and wouldn’t dream of giving this customer service to anyone! While trying to pay she’s too interested in her phone and messaging people back!

Their diesel is cheaper for a reason it’s the worst. Bad mpg the car won’t pull anymore. When I refuel from Esso I feel the difference instantly better mpg and better car responsiveness.

This petrol station has now been demolished and in the process of being built into a new petrol station with greggs, subway and sainsbury local shop. Because of Covid 20 I would imagine a delay in construction but I've put five stars to reflect how amazing this establishment should be when finally finished.UpdateBeen open a while now and its very convenient for a snack or a pint of milk etc..

Lovely staff xx I lost £10 in the shop, I must of dropped it when I was by the counter. I didn't realise until later so I rang on the off chance someone had found it, but no luck but she had my number. About an hour later I had a phone call off the girl who worked there saying she had found it. Wow I was so happy!

Totally rebuilt Petrol station which now includes a small Asda, Greggs and a Subway. Ideal if you want a quick bite to eat and a drink. Dropped one star as still not selling Alcohol which means part of the Asda section is just an empty void area.

Everything you need in one place fantastic good fuel too not the supermarket rubbish , BP have very good fuel with addatives to make it perform better , hence the slight higher cost ( I get more mpg from BP) lovely store too ,( I don't work for BP and have not been told to say this , it's my opinion ) Darren

Nice new build. Clean with a Subway, Greggs and Asda on the move shop inside. Very usefull for the locals as well as fuel.

Dodgy premium petrol.Update, probably stale fuel sat in their forcecourt tanks for too long. Ended at 230 miles out of the tank.I used 1/4 tank Tesco premium to finish flushing it.Since then I've used 1 full tank of Tesco premium and 1 full tank of Esso premium. Both returned 350 miles to the tank.

Subway got my collection order completely wrong, with things in them we can't eat. Complained and unbelievably got an email saying we often promote different products in new

Is this the last place in Stoke-on-Trent to have newspapers delivered, you’re stuffed if you start work at 6am doing a 12hr shift. It’s 6.45am as i write this and when i mentioned it to a girl behind the counter i got told to go somewhere else or complain to the delivery company, shocking response. I used to get a paper at 5am at a garage where i last worked
