Paulo & Daniel have an excellent range of bike knowledge and practical advice to assist in customer decision-making.No hard sell, and try before you buy, with a relaxed, helpful ethos Renovatio Bikes is an excellent cycle shop.I am looking forward to collecting and using my new e bike.My wife has chosen to service her e bike here on the strength of the customer service.

Really happy with Renovatio Bikes.I've brought a few problems to their shop and it's always been sorted really quickly.Recently asked them to build my titanium hardtail up for me, a one-off dream build.'Yeah, bring it in and I'll have a look'......Popped all the parts into the shop late afternoon......Next morning it's all built from the bare frame, threads cleaned up, forks cut, rear hub serviced, brake hoses cut and bled, components fitted, all dialled in and ready to go.Pretty much perfect. They obviously really dig their bikes.Polite, efficient, good quality work and very reasonably priced.I reckon we're lucky to have a good bike shop like this in Boscombe.

I would like to say what wonderful help I got from Renovation Bikes, when I was on holiday in Bournemouth. The owner, sadly I have forgotten his name was so kind and persisted until he was able to fix the problem. I ride a hand-cycle and had had an accident, but even though he had never had to deal with a hand-cycle he persisted until he fixed the problem. I am so sorry that its taken me so long to post this review. I can highly recommend Renovatio Bikes and the staff

I'm always keen on providing reviews, bad or good. I have been getting my bike serviced regularly with this company after trying many others over the years. The service that they provide is the best that I have experienced. When I collected my bike this timei thought that they had given me a new bike. I don't get a chance to clean it, but they did. I just wished that I had paid more attention when I collected it. It was like a new bike! Their prices are very reasonable even when they found little that needed doing. Very attentive and friendly staff.

This bike shop is undoubtedly the best in Bournemouth with an incredible degree of professionalism and customer service.You can tell they are genuine bike enthusiasts.I had my used bike serviced there at a reduced cost, returned it a few weeks later following a minor accident, and the service was excellent.Daniel also provided me free bike lights when I informed him I rode at night; wonderful work guys!!!

I had the pleasure of using this bike repair service and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism demonstrated. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of high quality repairs.

I would just like to say Thank you to Paulo for the brilliant and professional service provided when I twice in the last few months have taken my electric 3-wheeled bike in for unrelated repairs. The first time was due to rear brake problems. It's an unusual rear double brake set up but he managed to fix it and improved the factory set up. On collection, after paying a very reasonable price he gave the tricycle a quick once over, adjusting various cables and improving seating position, all at no extra cost. The second time I brought the tricycle in was due to headstock issues and this time I turned up unannounced. As I expected having to leave the tricycle there for a few days whilst being repaired I had arranged for my wife to collect me. However, on arriving, Paulo put to one side what he was doing and within 15 minutes he had managed to repair the bike. He refused to take any payment for the labour and gave me advice on how to fix the headstock problem myself if it ever happened again. He even even gave me a couple of cable ties to secure some lose cables he'd spotted. Needless to say I was very grateful and pleased with the service provided and the fact I could ride the tricycle home the same day. I rate Renovatio Bikes very highly and I will definitely go back to there in the future. Rafael B

Paul & team are great! I took my Merida bike into them on Monday evening for a service/saftey check ahead of the Ride London event on Sunday, they completed a full service and clean and I collected the bike on Wedneday. They had alot of bikes to service but the turnaround time was super quick and efficient! My bike has never been so clean, unbelievable service, highly recommend! I will be returning in the future - Thanks again Paul & team
