Russell Talerman serviced my ladies manual winder watch and repaired the bracelet catches. I inherited the watch from my Grandmother so it was very special to me. When it arrived back, I said wow!"They have done a fantastic job. It is now a watch of great beauty with new crystal and polished gold. It’s keeping great time. The jeweller has done a great job securing the strap. Not quite easy to access even with map. I passed the place three times and had to stop to ask someone who worked in the restaurant. The workers are nice and helper though I did not end up fixing my watch.

Had my watch serviced at Russell Talerman. It's 21 years old, worn everyday and had never been cleaned or serviced, so needed it!! Came back from the service like a new watch, very happy indeed with the work carried out and the customer service.

Visiting London on holiday and went to Russell Talerman to get a repair of a deep nick on the lug of my Rolex Submariner 114060. I mentioned to Russell that I needed the watch back in three days and they were able to do the job. The Sub was repaired using laser welding and polished. The Sub looks as good as the day I purchased the watch and no one can guess which lug was originally damaged. On Side note , I was at Rolex Service center in London a getting bracelet for Tudor BB58 and the service technician spoke highly of work done by Russel Talerman. Very happy with work done on Sub. I would highly recommend Rusell Talerman for watch repairs.

I have had my watches fixed by Russell for the last 7 years and he is great value. He does need chasing but given the price and the quality of his work I do not feel it deserves serious criticism. I know he is used by some of the best watch dealers in Mayfair so he is very busy… just keep calling and the work will be done.

I had a broken clasp on the bracelet of a Rolex Oyster and they fixed it on the spot - doing an excellent job. I inquired about servicing it (which I intend doing shortly) and it is hundreds of pounds less than Rolex itself. While I was there, there was someone else delighted that a watch that couldn't be fixed elsewhere was fully working again. Great to see talented skillsmanship and knowledge.

I have been sending my vintage Omega Constellation to Russel for many years. I have been wearing mine daily for over 40 years so it gets a pretty hard life...Despite that he always manages to not only raise it from the dead, but clean it up and restore it back to it's former glory.I am delighted with his service and I can't praise him and his team enough. The service I received could not have been better. I recieved my Rolex watch back after a polish in the same condition as the day it was purchased. Great location to drop off and collect. Very reasonable price for the service and so straight forward...Fabulous !I would not take my watches anywhere else now...Thank you Mr Talerman & Co

So pleased with the service. After having my vintage Omega messed up twice by another watch repair service in London, I decided to take it here to get the glass replaced. They did a fantastic job in under an hour. They even brushed some dirt off of the dial that had been there, and re-positioned the case back so that the inscription (from a previous owner) is the right way up. They didn't need to do this, but they did and it shows that they care. Will be bringing all of my watches to them in future
