Fantastic customer service and a speedy response! Our washing machine at home wasn't working right after running for about 7 years without a service, we called DJP on Thursday and were able to arrange an appointment that Saturday. Very helpful when they came out, it was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Needed my washing machine fixed and a new oven. They came round two days after calling them.After spending a little time looking over my appliances, they went away and found amazing deals for both items.3 days later they came round and installed both items and now everything is working.Not many companies can provide such good customer service. Amazing company and staff!

Great service from the staff in store. I went in for a random spare part, a door seal for an oven that I did not buy from this shop, and they bent over backwards to help me. I will always buy local if I can and I will be coming back here again. Thank you

Initially not able to properely diagnose the problem stating I want nothing to do with this" but still charging £30 pounds for this service. So went higher with the problem still with no attempt to fix the problem. DJP said it was not the door causing the issue

What a fantastic serviceA genuine company that can clearly be trusted to offer a good service at a fair price. Called DJP in to sort a faulty washing machine. A minor fault that caused a major issue. DJP arrived when agreed and sorted the issue quickly and at a fair price. Will use again.

Unethical owner of this company who is happy to rip people off. Some of the staff are ok, but the owner and installers in general are unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them, especially if you get any issues, because they will not remedy them. AVOID.
