working as a full time firefighter you put your body though a lot of stress and strain. Last week a niggling pain in my hip, lower back and groin got a whole lot worse when for 4 days I was in immense pain unable to put and pressure on my left leg, unable to walk or move.luckily I managed to book in with Ian, this was the first time I had met Ian and he was very welcoming, within a short period he had diagnosed and established where the problem was (hip flexors) with some manipulation, massage and professional procedures within 45 minutes I could walk again with no pain at allI have another session booked in for next week, but I have nothing but praise and will be recommending him to friends and colleagues in the future
