Joe and Katy are super friendly, really upfront and honest about the repairs and when an emergency strikes they always try to get someone there even if they are on their way home. I've had a really positive experience and happy to use them for all our plumbing and heating system needs.

It’s easy to say nice things when everything goes to plan, but it’s when things don’t go as expected that you find out how good or bad a company is.Ashtons, you excelled.On the fitment day, the supplier sent the wrong water tank. Despite this, PJ arranged supply of the correct tank & fittings and was still able to complete the job by the end of the day. The work is extremely neat and he left the work area clean and tidy.However, we subsequently found that there was a fault with one of the heating elements.Ashtons sourced a replacement from the supplier and had that all fitted within a couple of working days.PJ’s resilience and tenacity in a difficult situation was exemplary. He is a credit to Ashtons. 100% recommend.

Thoroughly professional in all aspects, considerate to their working environment and always approachable when working. Always listen to your concerns and involve you in the best way to conclude the job. Always polite and sensitive to conditions in your home (we have a severely disabled person in the house, and they are always conscious of excessive noise), cannot recommend Ashton’s Heating and Plumbing enough .

My mum had a boiler that was 30+ years old and was about time to replace it. I called on a few companies and by far the best value, most professional was Joe and his team. Joe did a thorough investigation when assessing the job, going so far to check wiring and gave me options. I wanted the best available so he priced up, which was best value by far from the quotes we had, and arranged a start date. I had demands of 80% up front so Joe request of less than half was reasonable. The engineers he sent did a great job. They were on time. Worked late one night and came back one morning to complete it all. All rubbish taken away and the work looked really neat and tidy. I cannot recommend his team enough and will definitely use them for any heating needs going forwards.

Joe replaced our taps recently. He’s always super busy so there was a wait until he was available, but it was worth it. Very happy with the results.
