Wonderful place . Exceptional service . Saved me pounds and knowing I’m prolonging the life of my dyson absolute 11 . Would highly recommend this shop and I’m expecting it to expand in time as without doubt everyone needs a vacuum hospital . I wish Bangor would open up more services like this where I could bring my vintage angle poise lamp to get repaired .

Great service, speed and prices.I've fixed vacuums on my own in the past including replacing motors, but it's slow to do all that faffing around. I took my cleaner in and had a knowledgeable assessment on the spot, and a wiring loom, and hose replaced and a full service by the next morning. Working as well as new now. Excellent service.

Sent a broken dog grooming blaster drier from Stranraer and had it back in full working order in less than 48 hrs. Outstanding service, would highly recommend.

This is a small local family run business but very helpful, with a good stock and knowledge of all vacuums. They have serviced and repaired my Dyson when needed and repaired a very old Electrolux owned by my Mother in-law. They are very quick, thorough and not hard to pay. I would definitely recommend them and they stock a large range of accessories and supplies.

I've used this place many times. The guys are always very helpful and know what they're doing. I recently left my Dyson in and they had it fixed the same day. They've also got a great supply of Filter bags and spare parts.

Took our cleaner to the above premises as I was not happy after using and emptying it debris still appeared on the floor. As well as making a good job of clearing this he also took time to advise me about other details on my cleaner. On testing cleaner I thought something was wrong as it was harder to push, but, it turned out to be that the suction had improved so much it was dealing with the carpet better.

Super service - really super and friendly. The problem with our Hoover was fixed and the vacuum returned in under an hour. Cost? £5. Ok - not a big problem but one I would never have found. Can’t recommend them enough - thanks lads.

My daughter’s Shark vacuum wasn’t lifting and she was on the point of buying a new one. I took it into the shop and it was repaired and ready for collection same day! Very pleased with the quick, efficient service at a very reasonable cost.
