I phoned Grays on the Thursday morning as my MOT was running out on Friday and they gave me an appointment for the following morning. I had never used Grays before and so I was a bit hesitant but they were absolutely fantastic, great customer service skills, polite and I was able to get my car tested and fixed all within the same day and for a decent price. So I would highly recommend them.
