Woods Pet Transport

I had occasion to find a Pet Transport company at short notice and Woods came up on Google search. Rang & Linda answered immediately putting my mind at rest. Quoted the cost and said it was do-able even at very short Notice. She picked Sadie (my Son's Golden Labrador) up from my granddaughter in Bath and transported her to Norfolk. Sadie was completely relaxed and well cared for throughout the whole journey. I am happy to give Woods 5 stars and happily would recommend to anyone and if needs be would very confidently use them again. Thank you Linda for making everything so effortless for me.

Absolutely brilliant. Linda and Robert took fantastic care of my 4 pets (3 cats(13, 11 and 7 years old) and a young dog) and moved them from London to Spain in less than 3 days!Fantastic communication throughout - Linda sent me daily photos and videos, updating me on how the pets were doing throughout the day and replied to my messages very quickly.One of the cats required 3 different medications to be given several times a day and Linda was happy to give those to the elderly cat.They took fantastic care of my pug and and made sure she wasn't getting overheated on her walks throughout the trip.The cats had separate tents set up for them in their hotel and were given food, water and a separate litter tray each. They even treated the pets to some fresh chicken when one of them refused to eat her regular food and let my pug and one of the cats sleep in their bed as they do at home.The pets settled in within a day of arriving in their new home, as if they haven't travelled at all, even though it was their first move abroad.Linda and Robert were kind and compassionate to the pets, while providing professional care and excellent client service.I would highly recommend Woods Pet Transport to anyone and will be using them for our next relocation.Thank you both again, and I will be in touch once we are ready to move to our next destination.Best Wishes

Highly recommended, absolutely faultless service.Linda and her husband went above and beyond to care for our 2 cats and they were delivered to us in time, happy and calm.Cats were really well looked after, you can tell they love animals, they care for them and understand their needs during this stressful time.They are professionals, caring and wonderful people.They kept us updated throughout the journey with pictures and videos and even my really anxious cat was happy and relaxed.The cats were so content that they adjusted to the new home in no time.I would use no others than Linda, she's the absolute best and I feel confident leaving my cats in her loving hands.Thank you again for everything you have done for us and the love and care you gave to our cats.

I absolutely cannot recommend Linda and Rob highly enough. They went way way above and beyond to collect our Greek Rescue dog Mr Pickles from Maidstone and deliver him to us in Edinburgh. The time of his arrival ended up changing from midday to midnight at last minute notice. This didn’t phase Linda and Rob they remained flexible and dedicated. They were in short amazing!

When we decided to move to Denmark from Wales, we listed all the logistical hurdles that stood in our path, incl HOW do we move our two cats! To make it minimum stress and hassle free for us and the cats, self transport and petair transport were therefore not an option.Fortunately, we found WOODS PET TRANSPORT after a few internet searches and contacted Linda for a quote.She responded very quickly with a reasonable quote for a bespoke 'door to door' service which was exactly what we required.We quickly accepted.What we both liked about the process leading up to the actual move was the flexibility around dates of transport and Linda's accessibility regarding any questions we had about the whole process, in particular with obtaining the AHC.The actual move went perfectly.We were kept informed by WHATSAPP of the actual progress as Missy and Magni made their way with driver Rob across Europe. It was a real 'stress reliever' to get these and made the process really frictionless.After a few days indoors in the new house the cats are now exploring their new surroundings. Fantastic service worth every penny! Linda is wonderful and cares so much about the animals she transports, I would have no hesitation in recommending her services and I will be doing! Linda and Rob from Woods Pet Transport were amazing and we felt truely fortunate to have such a knowledgable and caring couple transporting our new puppy. Rob kindly made a round trip picking us up at 7am (right on time!) to dropping us off again several hours later. Linda and Rob have done a few dog transports for me within the UK – and they will always be my first choice. Linda and Rob are caring to the extreme, they go out of their way to accommodate late arrivals from the ferry/train and airport, and they will juggle their schedules to make sure the dogs are cared for every step of the way. Our dogs are transported like royalty – soft bedding, treats and water as well as pit stops as necessary. I can’t praise Linda and Rob highly enough nor thank them enough for their help, flexibility and care of the animals. A super service, great communication and kind, compassionate people. I’m so pleased I stumbled across their website when I was searching for a pet transporter for my rescued dogs from Oman. From first contact, to meeting at Schiphol and navigating 3 animals from Oman into the UK via the channel tunnel Linda was great to work with.
