TL;DR - Great service, felt totally looked after. No problem at all.Went into 7G yesterday to buy a new phone. I'd read good reviews about the Samsung A21, so I bought that. I'd found a cheaper price elsewhere in town and they price matched it for me. When I got it home, I had second thoughts about the phone. It was way bigger than I was used to and I didn't think I'd get on with it. I took it back today and explained the situation. Because it was unused, they agreed to exchange it. No fuss at all. Great service! I exchanged the phone for a refurb. I haven't used it for long enough to say for sure, but it looks to be in perfect condition so far and it looks like it'll be perfect for me!

Went to get my phone repaired. Not only was he more affordable than rest of the lot, but he fixed the problem while waiting. And I had 2 problems in my phone while others demanded to change parts for both problems he only replaced my battery and then cleaned the phone. Both problems have gone after this. Honest, affordable and efficient!!

I visited this store today as had issues with the microphone on my phone. The staff were super helpful and gave my phone a complimentary clean which fixed the issue. Very helpful and friendly, I won’t be going anywhere else, thank you!

Today we went in for the first time into the store. We were lucky that the owner was there. My husband usually buys CBD Oil online but we noticed they stock it here. The owner was so helpful and welcoming that we are definitely customers for life as I can only review the customer service experience as ‘exceptional’

I went here this morning to get a case for my new iPad. I though £35 was pricey but when I went to the Istore it was double the price. Nobody warned me about no refunds before I brought my item where as if I go to shops in town and they don’t do refunds they have the decency to tell me first. I leave the shop to look and see how terrible it is made. I take it back in to tell her how I’m unsatisfied with this item where she prints of my receipt telling me it’s no refund. Exchange only. I’ve got better from eBay and Amazon at lower prices. This place is terrible and I will not use them again. I’ve lost £35 down to this place, I’ve never been so unhappy with a service. There isn’t even indents for the buttons. So poorly made

I enquired about getting my charge point replaced on my mobile phone. Before they ordered the part they checked the phone and discovered it just needed a clean, which he did for me and had my phone charging again.Great customer, saved me time and money. Highly recommend

Had my broken screen replaced, and went back with a microphone issue, there was no fuss, their only concern was to fix the problem which they did, quickly and free of charge.I highly recomend this business for excellent customer service and a quality job.
