Called St Albans Car Clinic to enquire about an upgraded exhaust, I had some stupid questions which were dealt with professionally and politely.Tom emailed confirmation of the spec, price, availability, potential fitting dates etc.Phoned back, paid the deposit and booked in for fitting next week. (super excited)Highly recommend chatting to a guy named Tom, as he said, no such thing as a stupid question.Update: New Cat Back Scorpion Exhaust fitted, which took just under an hour. Sounds amazing!I'm not sure I could recommend SCC Performance any higher, as they (Tom, Charlie, Harry and Albert) were extremely professional, humble, knowledgable and cared for my car.5 stars isn't enough.If anyone is looking for the Ultimate Car Customising Store & Workshop, St Albans Car Clinic is the place!Thanks guys, i'll definitely be back

Quoted a price, then only did half the job, and charged full price, also they broke the seat adjuster and returned car with a flat tyre. Will not use them again. Read all reviews on their website.

Excellent from start to finish. I enquired about a product via their online query form and within minutes, I received a call from Tom. Every question I had was answered and a timeline was given for when the product would be ready to be fitted. True to his word, Tom called again to book in my car at a convenient time for me. Sure enough, he was waiting for me at the agreed time and I was in and out in a flash. During my short time there, I was treated like a longstanding client rather than someone who had made his first purchase. I even had the pleasure of discussing cars with Tom's dad, the owner, who probably had much more important things to do than keep me company! If RTECSHOP can make me feel so welcome and special with so little contact, I envy all their customers who go back to them again and again, although not for long as I will become one too! The business is run by professionals who are also fanatics (a great combination). Thank you.

Phoned these guys up regarding fitting spacers to my Audi A5 Convertible. Not only did they give me proper sound advice, but they had a slot available for me on the same day. All fitted within 30mins. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. They will for sure have my business in the very near future.

Great bunch over at Rtec, from initial start of ordering, communication was bang on, kept updated through out the order. Good attitude/interest on the phone to chat to as well. Arrived on the Saturday as was only going to collect, but managed to fit them on there and then even though busy, proper car enthusiasts. Highly recommend & will return in the future.

Outstanding service from first contact over the phone, had a consultation regarding my needs on my Camaro, priced it up and booked it in and I am so happy with the work.
