I go to this Morrisons quite often, and I easily spend over £200. Every time I try to exit self check out or the exit of the store, I get treated like a thief... I walk out with my receipt in my hand, but I still have to prove that I've made a purchase. Every. Single. Time.Terrible experience. I will use Sainsburys who are down the road from now on as I've had enough.

I can usually get what I want here, the bakery quality has been lacking since the refit a few years ago, no idea why. Produce section always looks good.

This place is filthy! They have one member of staff who takes orders in the cafe, serves your dinner, and clears the tables! Unfortunately, rarely is there a clear table to sit at but if you find one, it's sticky!!! They have this really pathetic system where you have to tell them what table you are going to sit at, so they know where you are. The times I have given them a table number only to find that someone has sat themselves their. You then have to sort out the problem! I just want a coffee, not an argument!!I was in there around 6 weeks ago and noticed their disgusting till screen which I took a picture of (attached). This is the last time I will go to that septic, germ infested, redunant store. I now understand why they wear gloves!!!!!

Great large store - when we visited on a Sunday it was a nice amount of people and parking was easy. Has a nice layout, with good sized areas for fruit, cooked meats, fish, bread and baked things. Cafe at front too - would recommend :)

We like Morrisons best as they still have the deli, bakery, fish & butcher.This is a well organised and maintained branch, with a cafe, in-store pharmacy and a Timpsons. They have a garden centre section sometimes outdoors. There is also a decent hand car wash which will service your car whilst you shop.Loads of parking and you can always get a trolly!

Staff working at the tills have a massive attitude problem and one gentleman who works in the café section keeps giving me grief without fail. Personal problems should be kept outside of the workplace and the customer is always right.

Late lunch, tasty scampi chips peas, cheeseburger coleslaw. Lovely and cool instore (19c) when outside was 32c! Huge variety of foods, vfm. Helpful staff opened a new checkout for us, so no long queue. Plenty of space in the carpark.

Friendly and helpful staff. The woman working in self pay section are not veryfriendly. I had a coffee in the instore cafe which was OK. The lady's on the till is doing the job of 10 people. She is very pleasant and friendly. Morrisons should employ more staff to help those on the tills. I don't rate the taste/quality of the coffee but it was convenient after doing a big shop.

Was shopping inside the store with my kids and as I passed the pizza and Deli, I heard loud noises inside amazon flex department within the store, as I looked in I could see a woman aged late 40s or 50s, blond hair whom I suppose was a supervisor or manager of the amazon flex department, she was very rude and talking down on her colleagues, I could see the staff all with their head down like they've had enough of this person. She can not be talking down on her colleagues in that manner, very condescending and unprofessional.

If I could rate it 0 I would! The manager is extremely rude here. The rest of the staff are nice and kind but the manager is a moody woman who is plain rude! I’m so disgusted by her and I’ve seen her treat her own workers badly. So disappointed in this store and I’ve told my neighbours to stop going until the manager has been sorted with! Morrisons has lost the community of Chingford and we are not putting our money into this place until we see change and the staff be treated better.
