We have been booking holidays with Abbott’s for a while now and I have always found them helpful, responsive and knowledgeable, I always feel like I’m receiving a tailor made service. All the advisors are more than helpful and it is a pleasure to visit the shop. As a whole family we have had three holidays affected by COVID and Abbotts has been excellent in helping us in arranging refunds or rescheduling trips. To sum up a great team and invaluable asset to the area.

Club Diwa by Alila - GoaWe had the most fantastic holiday in this hotel and Goa itself. Carly and the team at Abbotts could not have done more for us. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much for the staff. The local people were so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went (apart from the airport where they treat you like a criminal)! We had amazing food and fantastic weather. As we had never been to Goa before, we used Tui trips. 2 out of 3 were great, the other not so but our tour rep was brilliant at sorting any problems quickly. Overall, this was probably the best holiday we have ever been on and will certainly return again.

We have been booking with Abbotts Travel for over 20 years now. They are very knowledgable and always extremely helpful, enabling us to make the best holiday decisions. We had our summer holiday booked through Abbotts again this year. When the Covid situation unfolded, they kept us up to date with what was happening, with regard to our booking, and the options that were open to us. All the team are great but a special mention to both Julian and Sharon this time round, for sorting our holiday re booking, without any stress.

In our experience Abbotts have always given an excellent service - patient, thorough and always looking to get the best deal for the client. Currently they have arranged full refunds for a trip to the USA, and a few years ago they arranged, without us even asking us., to block book flights home from there after the volcanic ash incident - always a great service !

Absolutely great place to book your holiday.We booked to go to las vegas and LAfor the 1st time.The knowledge sharron had of the areas was 2nd to none.Very helpful.Definitely would go there again to book our travels.

After booking, and losing a holiday with Thomas Cook we didn't really know what to do next. Abbotts were recommended to us by friends. I must say what a fantastic experience it was booking a holiday at short notice with them. To say they were understanding helpful and fantastic would be an understatement the ladies in store got us a holiday to the same resort in Tenerife at not much of the extra cost of the original Thomas Cook holiday, no mean feat with all the companies hiking their prices. Rest assured we will be booking all our future holidays with these guys.THANK YOU.

Such a shame as we came in to the south woodford branch this morning to book a holiday. Even though there was only one other customer in the shop and 6 ladies all sat behind desks with no customers, The lady we spoke to seemed very happy to help us but her rather grumpy looking colleague stated she couldn't help us and we would have to do it over the phone. At this point ID literally said we like to book a holiday and I get told do it on the phone. Such a shame to turn down business.
