Wendy is professional and caring with state of the art equipment which cleared my husband's blocked ears effortlessly. The difference in hearing was immediate as was the appointment, phoned on Thursday and the appointment was on Monday. I will be using your service the next time I have ear wax build up.

I contacted Wendy by email and had a very quick response. It is a godsend that she does home visits or otherwise many people simply cannot access services and ear wax can become a serious issue. Wendy is very professional and has a comprehensive range of equipment. She made my mum feel very comfortable and advised her about every step of the process and was very thorough. I could not recommend her highly enough.. .don't be stuck waiting for months for an appointment in town and just give her a call.. very reasonable prices and great results..

Having suffered for a number of weeks with deafness and itching in my ear, and an intolerable waiting time to see anyone in the NHS I contacted Wendy on a Friday night and asked if she could see me, she told me she had a clinic on the Monday but she fitted me in on the Saturday morning.She was polite, professional and explained everything she was about to do, her methods are painless and quick, with a full photo review after the treatment.I would recommend her to anyone.

Wendy is a miracle worker!I have suffered terribly with impacted wax which has made it really difficult to hear and quite painful.I visited Wendy at her clinic today which is immaculate, beautifully set and felt instantly at ease.Wendy got to work and I felt immediate relief and finally able to hear again!Wendy showed me the before and after images from inside my ear and what a difference!Thank you for being so kind, polite, caring and professional Wendy.You have a repeat customer in me and I highly recommend anyone with ear troubles to make an appointment.

My husband had terrible ear wax in both ears while we were on holiday in West Cumbria. We went to see Wendy at her home. She was amazing. She has fantastic state of the art equipment and my husband could hear a pin drop after she had removed all the wax. It was a totally pain free experience for him and Wendy has such a caring nature, she even made us both a coffee. I would definitely recommend Wendy, she is the best!

What an excellent and professional service. Wendy visited me at home and at all stages provided clear information as to what the treatment involved.
