Absolutely amazing facility !! Completely blown away.Would like to say a big thank you to Tracey for making the wife and I feel most welcome, even though it was just a passing visit whilst we were in Swindon. Was most appreciated.Also thank you to Matthew for taking the time to show us around the beautiful cars you had in the lock up upstairs. I’ve been visiting for 11 years as an enthusiast. Consistently for that time, I’ve been treated as well as a customer, Matthew Beard, the Dealer Principal is an asset and knows how to treat visitors, always going the extra mile to make sure I’m looked after. The same can be said for the Experience Manager Adrian Burke. I couldn’t ask for anymore! I completely understand why people travel to the dealership, distance shouldn’t come into it for this level of service. A real pleasure to deal with.

I have been fortunate enough to own four Ferraris in recent years, three of them purchased from Dick Lovett. The levels of service from this dealer are exceptional compared to a rather poor experience I had at Meridian Modena. The showroom is lovely, the staff are great and nothing is to much trouble. I really enjoyed dealing with Tom Gould, I could not be happier with the sales and after sales service from Dick Lovett. If you wan't a Ferrari in my opinion this is the best dealer in the UK.

Don't even try to take a video of the cars because this showroom will call the police!!! Disgusting behaviour to treat a member of the public, who even went in the showroom to explain that they were doing a video of Ferrari for their YouTube channel. Police were called, even though he was outside on a public footpath.... Total waste of police time and resources... Awful of Ferrari

As a guy who’s bought quite a few cars from the main dealers I’m familiar with the way they work.This was not them, this is much more in the best way possible. I have to explain this was my first Ferrari so impressions count, they did not miss the mark and couldn’t have been friendly enough.I had the lovely pleasure of meeting with Richard the sales guy dealing with my wife and I, the guy has simply been fantastic, easy to deal with a pleasure to talk to. Truly fantastic.Honestly can not recommend this company enough, we have brought some vehicles over the years and never received such amazing service from start to finish.Richard has been absolutely fantastic from the initial enquiry to driving away on the day and not to mention the lovely gift set he gave me for my daughter who couldn’t make it on the day.Thank you for this pleasure.Mr & Mrs Cartwright
