Basketball and netball centre. On the plus side my kids love playing basketball there; once on a team (also men's and women's teams) you can play matches approx 42 weeks of the year. But value for money isn't even - many teams are coached by parents who get persuaded to take a team, then are given little support and no training. Referees are trained but can be very poor in practice. Centre rules are unevenly applied, alot of unfairness. Business could be run much better. Toilets dirty and poorly maintained. No recycling, the hundreds of plastic bottles used every week go straight to landfill. Doubt things will improve as no local competition. If you love basketball you have to put up with it!

Well impressed after going to see grNson at basketball. The level of skills from tots to teenager/adults was amazing. There referees didnt just foul them he took the time to explain why he had fouled them excellent.

A great place to go for all types of sports. We just did a NERF Birthday Party for 25 kids and the room was big enough and adequately arranged.One or two plug sockets didnt work at the time but it was a sports hall.Lucky I brought an extension cable to power the lights and sounds.Overall a great venue and has a good cheap onsite cafe with hot food and drink available all day.

We go here for swimming lessons. The pool is a good size and always clean and tidy. The changing facilities are unisex, which is great for our little family. There's always free changing rooms and lockers.

Came here for the first time to watch my grandson play basketball,easy to find,with a large carpark on entry through the gates,and a smaller one near the school,with six disabled spaces,the sports building is a short walk to the right,on entry they have a cafe/snack shop and also vending machines,as you go left there are toilets ,as you walk up the corridor there are two gym's on the right, first for practice, second for games with four basket courts,and seating going round,opposite side of the corridor are changing rooms

Great place to play Basketball

Great place to play basketball and coach, played and coached here for years, always friendly and helpful. The staff at the centre have worked brilliantly during the pandemic to ensure childrens basketball has been able to start back up safely after each lockdown. They have recently created an outdoor league so us adults can get back playing until we are allowed to play inside when restrictions allow.

HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD STANDARD OF BASKETBALL THAT CATERS FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES, If you want to play at a social level or more competitive there is something there for you.
