Back Care Beds

I purchased a bed from back care beds and found the whole process good from start to finish. Starting from visiting the shop where you are not pressured into buying anything that you do not need upto delivery and installation which was quick and efficient. Probably the best purchase that I have ever made.Thank you.

I honestly didn't think that lovely traditional businesses and service like this still existed - but was very happy to be proved wrong.Recent disability meant an adjustable bed was what we needed - but we loved the large wood bed frame we had and didn't want to have to change it.Back Care Beds offered friendly and helpful advice over the phone and by email - because of Covid19 they did a lot of the initial explorations using measurements and photos. I was worried about doing it right but they gave me clear instructions and lots of encouragement.They kept in touch with progress updates and ensuring the delivery/installation appointments were still ok. The actual installation took a bit longer than expected - but this was because our floor was uneven and they wanted to give us a perfectly even mattress!The bed itself is amazing and the massage function is a real treat. As is health worsened I used to have trouble getting Pete to rest as much as he should - but now I have trouble convincing him to be anywhere else but bed, he says its even more comfy to sit up in than his special comfy chair!The team kept in touch after installation to check we were getting on ok with our new purchase. Couldn't ask for a better product or better service!

After a very bad experience with another company, I was worried about how this purchase would go BUT John at BackCareBeds- spoke to me via phone and kept contact on the delivery etc. He then was the person who delivered and installed it so we had the same person to contact for the whole purchase- very professional. The bed is amazing, spacious and comfortable. And reassured with 5 years warrant! Still waiting on VAT form and Receipt but extremely happy- thank you for providing a bed to give me a slice of independence back!

I had been intending to get myself an adjustable bed for quite some time and recently started internet searches where Back Care Beds name kept coming up as highly recommended, so I made an online order for a specifically customised four foot wide one for just over £1100 and have it installed and working perfectly. I installed it myself in just over two hours from unpacking to switching on, but would not recommend anyone over 60 or of a poorly disposition attempt this as there is some quite heavy lifting involved.TBH it requires two fit people but as I live alone I did manage it with some effort.It is without doubt the best & most practical bed I have ever slept on and the massage feature is indispensable and I can honestly say that my only regret is for what I have been missing all these years.The customer service is exemplary and after sales email queries re order progress etc are answered by a personal phone call with and cost saving suggestions. This is a company that I have a very high regard for and thank them for the help they (John) provided throughout the transaction.Does it get any better!

I had my bed delivered and set up yesterday and my wife and I are overthe moon. I am disabled due to arthritis and i have had my right leg amputated. Even with all my problems,I have never slept on such a comfortable bed. The adjustable mattress is whisper quiet and adjusts into the perfect position you like to sleep in. I have been disabled now for 26 years and this is perfect for me and my wife. The service is second to none with very friendly staff and when being fitted I was kept informed as to what he was doing. So if you are looking for a great bed at a FANTASTIC price then these guys are who to call.

We contacted Back Care Beds as we were having a problem with an electric bed that we had purchased. The gentleman was extremely helpful in talking through what the problem may be, in case there was not a need to purchase a component. Ultimately he confirmed the actuator that we required and we ordered this online and it was delivered within 48 hours of placing the order ahead of predicted delivery date of 1 September. Well packaged. Absolutely excellent first class service and we highly recommend the company.

Excellent quality. Excellent service.When an error was made with our order, they were brilliant and fixed it without delay. They really can be trusted to look after their customers. As for the bed, it is very comfortable and great quality.

I am very impressed with the service I received when I visited the shop on Thursday 30th Jan 19. Luke was very helpful and gave good advice regarding replacement parts required for an adjustable bed control motor. Although Luke offered to post the items for delivery the next day, I asked if I could collect them from the factory. Luke took time to give me clear directions and showed me the site on Street View. The guys at the factory were also very helpful, even demonstrating that the part was working correctly. This is excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending the company to other prospective customers. Service at its best.

We spoke to John who guided us through exactly the type of bed and mattresses we would require. He was extremely helpful and actually stopped us purchasing some things that would not have been suitable for us.We purchased a large double bed composed of 2 single adjustable bases and two mattresses and 1 with massage facility. It is worth mentioning that all components are of very high quality and professionally manufactured.We found the whole process to be extremely professional from speaking to John and placing the order to the actual delivery. We were kept fully informed throughout and the bed was delivered on time.A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended. Thank you.

Great people who go above and beyond …I visited the shop to try out a bed and different mattresses. Phil helped me to specify the bed I needed and built it online so I could see what it looked like. I tried two beds in the showroom, with different kinds of mattresses. This was crucial as the mattress makes all the difference. Came away with a quote and colour swatches for bed upholstery.There was no high pressure selling, in fact no selling at all other than by personal service. The product speaks for itself.Came home, next day ordered the beds (2), they were delivered within 2 weeks by two really helpful guys. They took all the packaging away and cleaned up.
