Would highly recommend this company. Although I had to wait over 12 months for my car, due to the current situation, I was kept informed on a regular basis and once the car was ready for delivery it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Although I had problems with delivery not due to Blossom Vehicle Leasing fault, tthe help and support from Anne, Matt and Marie was fantastic. They went above and beyond which is a rare thing these days. I would not have chosen another company to go through and would definitely recommend using them. Thanks so much

I couldn't have had a better experience with this amazing company. Dawn, Lily and Anne were not only helpful, but so personable and human!It's very rare these days that you happen upon a company with this level of customer service.My car was delayed due to circumstances way out of Blossom's control - global supply chain problems, the war in Ukraine etc. What amazed me is how apologetic they were, and how regularly they kept me posted. Not just with emails, but calls too. I felt very looked after and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Really efficient Nicky listened to my needs and timescales and came back the next day where i decided on a car immediately. I had delivery of the car under 2 weeks later. I couldn't be happier. Very smooth process and updated me throughout the process. Highly recommend Blossom Vehicle Leasing.

Anne was extremely responsive to emails, and so were Marie, Dawn and Lily from the subsequent team. I had never leased a car before and they made the process as painless as possible. They remained equally responsive post-delivery when I had questions. Would definitely use their services again!

Cannot fault the service received from Phil Wright. We had been let down by two previous leasing companies who assured us they had a Renault ZOE I'm stock only to be let down as we completed finance checks. Phil was extremely reassuring and efficiently responded to all emails and calls. He knew we were fearful the deal would disappear and went above and beyond to keep us updated on the progress of the car. We are now awaiting delivery of the car and have no doubt his colleagues who deal with this aspect will be just as helpful. Thank you so much!
