Same day appointment given. Ear wax safely and completely removed, including a little bit of the ear wax that was stubborn. Kareem explained the process very well and conducted his checks before removing all the ear wax on both ears. Now I can hear very clear again. Highly recommended.

I found Kareem very professional, explaining exactly what he was doing, and what he may need to do. Very easy to talk to, and though my appointment ran longer than was expected, he did a very good job of removing what was a substantial amount of ear wax.Will definitely go back again!

I took my (reluctant) mum along to an appointment here to get her ears tested. She was impressed with the service. Based on previous experiences, we were both expecting a hard sell but that wasn't the case at all. My mum is telling her friends!
