Used this company as had great reviews. Took in a pressure washer for repair that wasn't working all the time. Very rude man who seemed angry that I wanted to just drop my item off quickly as I had children in the car. 2 weeks later heard nothing. He then accused me of not having paid a £5 retainer fee which I had. Another week later I called again for them to tell me they didn't find a fault and had actually used my machine to clean down all their steps!! Very odd and unprofessional

I contacted Paul Peters for advice on how to fix my dishwasher. They were very generous with their advice. The dishwasher was fixed without even them needing to come out. Very pleased.

Used these guys a couple of times and they’ve been great. Repaired everything and it stayed fixed! Really trustworthy and very nice

Very disappointed because we wanted to support a local business. I rang 9 days ago for a washing machine repair. They took my details, said someone would get back to me with a date. 3 days later and no call, I decided to go into the shop, only to be told someone would get back to me within 7 days. Here we are and not even the common courtesy of a phone call to say they couldn't get out to repair. Very bad customer service. I understand if they are busy but they could have rung me to tell me that.

Couldn't have been more helpful. Went in asking for advice for a new washer after my old one packed in, and after choosing one they were able to deliver and recycle my old one within 1 hour! Curry's by comparison said they would have the same washer available in 15 days. Would reccomend them as a local and friendly team.

i have a VAX carpet washer that developed a fault. i rang VAX for help and they were absolutely no help whatsoever and just wanted to sell me the latest machine. they told me the fault indicated a worn out motor that was an uneconomical repair .not wishing to be fobbed off ,i contacted Paul Peters and what a refreshing response. he talked me through possible faults and solutions and suggested i drop my machine off which i did .within 2 hours he rang back to say it was working OK and appeared to be a small blockage .he had given it a good check and was all OK. i arranged to collect the next day . i asked how much i owed him and he said it was foc .i could not believe he was so honest and fair . what a change to find such a good reputable business like this .will definitely use in the future and recommend him to any prospective customers .thanks again Paul .

Very satisfied with service from Paul Peters. Fridge/freezer order on Thursday: fitted, up and running by 10am Saturday. Also a broken part of another appliance which I was unaware of was replaced at no extra charge. Great service.

I’ve used Paul Peter’s to fix my vacuum cleaner and iron in the past. On. It’s occasions the service was fast, reliable and good value for money. This time around my oven element had broken. After discussing with the very helpful staff I was advised that by the time I’d paid for a new part, VAT and fitting I may as well purchase a new oven. Given this was Xmas eve I was sceptical to whether to proceed but the staff reassured me that a new oven could arrive not only the same day but within 30 mins to which they duly obligated. The van arrived within 30 mins of me leaving the store and the staff member fitted the oven and showed me how it worked.The staff are helpful, knowledgable and great value for money. A very trustworthy company, I will take all my electrical repairs & new purchases here from now on, highly recommended. Happy Xmas all, a great locally based company to rely on.

Brilliant service. I had them out this morning for a grill element replacement, and then the oven tripped out again, the same technician was back in under 30 minutes to fix the problem.I didn’t get the technician’s name but they were a brilliant person! Fantastic.
