Ferreira's Porcelain Tiles

Thank you Raveen for your excellent customer service, I love my kitchen tiles and appreciate your assistance you gave us from purchase, delivery and suggesting and arranging delivery of our tile glue at short notice.I would definitely recommend Ferreira’s, we went to many tile shops for warm white tiles but Resin Cotton 120x120 were the ones we liked best and they look stunning in my new kitchen!Apologies for the delay in posting this review!Attaching photos.

Great showroom with a fantastic range, Raveen was very helpful with both choice of tiles and sorted out installation for use. We will be back to the showroom for our next refurbishment for sure.

Raveen and the team were great from start to finish and even when we had a few issues with broken tiles, these were replaced straight away with no problems at all. Would highly recommend and the tiles look fantastic!

I recently came to Ferreira’s brand new showroom in West hampstead to buy some large porcelain tiles to install on my apartment wall. I was in awe at how 62 large porcelain tiles were available to see first hand at the showroom, and spoilt for choice.I ended up going for a marble finish and was delighted by the quickness of delivery and advice on installation provided by the staff.I recommend going into the showroom to all people considering a refurbishment, you will love it!

A fantastic service from start to finish from Ferreira's tiles. The showroom has a stunning array of high-quality tiles in multiple formats/finishes. In the end, we purchased some porcelain tiles (including a large format version) imported from Italy for two bathrooms at a very reasonable price. The director, Raveen, is a mild-mannered, patient, very personable gentleman who has extensive knowledge of the industry and his products, and was always at hand to address any queries we had. He was very accommodating with our order and went out of his way to source the tile we specifically wanted, which was no small task given it was an end-of-line item and in short supply. Thanks to his personalised service and attention, the whole process was seamless from order to delivery, despite all the challenges presented by COVID.The large format tiles require specialist expertise to install and the tiler Raveen recommended, Mark Frost, did a brilliant job again at a reasonable price. My builder told me to expect at least one to two breakages and was nervous about the installation, but Mark didn't break any and the end result was flawless. He more than justified his reputation as one of the leaders of the large format tiling industry.In short I would not hesitate to recommend Ferreira's, Raveen and Mark for their exemplary service.

The delivery was supposed to come last Monday - and I was only told on Monday that it was not coming. Cancelled the tiler for Tuesday. I was then guaranteed it was coming on Thursday so booked the tiler for friday and only on Thursday 4pm was told it will be next week. I have lost out on the cost of the tiler on the day. This week I have been told it will be 100% delivered by midday today so had the tiler come in at midday. And because of my lack of trust in faith in Raveen I have messaged to confirm if infact it is going to be delivered and was assured it will be. It has still not been delivered and now Raveen is hanging up any of my phonecalls and not responding to any messages. I am honestly in disbelief at this level of service and lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
