Arrived on spec as a table of 7, the team were extremely short handed and yet we were still seated and served after a short wait. All our food arrived fairly quickly and hot and as ordered. The 3 team members were clearly being pushed but performed admirably. Much praise is deserved. Thank you from a fellow publican.

Never been here before so didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated by this lovely waitress very quickly. I ordered the fish and chips and the service was excellent! Very fast and the fish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely top notch service and the food was amazing, I also had the Chocolate fondant and it was superb. We will definitely be back.

This is probably quite high up on the worst pubs of Norfolk. The basic pub food such as scampi isn’t even good…. I mean how do you go wrong with basic fried food?! Everything else is microwaved. Most things on the menu were sold out. There was a hair in the food, the toilets are grim. The whole place is just dirty. Really really really bad. Don’t go here, even if there’s no other place to go, don’t go here!

we went here with the family on Friday and had great service throughout.my dad can't walk very far and is on a mobility scooter and the staff went out of there way to make sure he could access all parts of the pub by putting up a ramp for him and making him feel included. food was lovely and staff were very friendly and accommodating we will definitely be visiting again.

Room was a good size, clean, decorated to a good standard, bed was comfortable, large bathroom area. Breakfast was very good, staff all very friendly and helpful, location was perfect to the town and broads. For the price you can't get better. Dinner was nice to.

We did stay over in the Hotel as we were on the Broads, but it is an ideal place to stay overnight moored up. They have a good selection of beers and a good standard pub grub menu at a good price.The staff although attentive and professional did seem very put out for some reason.It should be noted that access to the mooring is tidal because of the low bridge so be sure to check the height of your boat and the tide schedule.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food is exactly what we would expect from a Green King pub. My issue is the fact we were sat inside the pub and had to move not to have dogs sat around us whilst we had our meal. Should there be an area for dogs inside or an area for people without dogs to eat in peace.

Turned up this afternoon wanting a table for 3, found us a lovely table and they offered us a full roast at 15.15. Food was great, but staff very friendly, will definitely be back. Thank you for the evening !

We ate outside. 2 kids meals, 4 adult meals. The meals were affordable and very nicely cooked. We were sat outside watching the boats go by. All in all a great experience. The staff were efficient and friendly and we can't say fairer than that. We didn't go inside so I cannot comment on the indoor facilities.

Food was nice.Service was very slow but they told us they had many staff off ill so that's fine and understandableMy main and huge criticism is that they served children's meals on absolutely boiling plates. So much so that the waitress had to bring it with a towel it was so hot.She warned me it was hot but I couldn't believe quite how scolding it would be when I took it off her.I understand heating adults plates and have no issue with that but if the kids plates get too hot, please change them before sending the food out. It's an accident waiting to happen!
