Such an amazing team who provided me with a smoov and new wheelchair cushion (Jay Union). Tim kept in contact every step of the way to let me know what was happening and I know I can still go to them if I need anything! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a personal service.

We are very grateful to Matt for all his help and support throughout our journey. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with what we needed for our wheelchair and how we could add and alter things as and when it may be needed along our journey. We had a delay of a month and I have to say Matt went above and beyond to help us with a temporary wheelchair until ours arrived. Thank you again for all your support throughout our journey. It as been 2 weeks now since we received the wheelchair and my husband is finding it very comfortable, smooth ride and easily transportable and the Swans have won the last 3 games he has been able to attend let's hope we are lucky for tomorrow.

From the initial assesment, having a chair on trial, to the delivery and since I have nothing but admiration for Matt for his calm and caring manner in helping my sister through it. The whole crew at Celtic Therapy are absolutely fantastic. They were really quick and efficient at getting me measured up for my chair, even coming out to my home with a demo model. They weren't trying to sell me anything, they just made sure I got exactly what I needed without going over budget. My new chair is brilliant and has made a huge difference in my life. Fantastic company! They support you to find the right equipment for you, and never rush you into making a decision or give any biased views. The team (Tim, Dean, Matt and Rebecca) all go above and beyond to make sure you have all the right equipment for YOU (safe and meets your needs and wants) and that it is working up to standard. The after care is excellent. Tim has many times helped me out via phone when I’ve been out of the country, and has explained how to fix the problem. They have taught me so much on how to care for my equipment and genuinely put their customers first. Couldn’t fault them and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thanks Celtic!

I can’t recommend Matt and Dean highly enough for their input and expert guidance with Dylan’s recent powerchair and spex seating configuration.Their patience and interaction with Dylan from first visit through to set up of her chair to ensure her posture was correctly set up was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for helping to give her some much needed independence!!

Before hearing of Celtic Therapy I bought a Quickie wheelchair second hand for my wife from a charity shop. I was very happy with the performance but it didn’t support my wife well. I had many discussions with suppliers and tried some suggested additional lateral support which made no difference before being recommended Celtic Therapy. Mat came out with a demonstration chair and assessed my wife’s condition then recommended changes to the headrest and back support . He then brought the additions back and spent 3 hours adjusting the chair with the changes so now my wife’s chair is bespoke to her and looks so comfortable it is a transformation. An excellent service which fully recommend to anyone needing a tailor made solution.

I am very pleased with my new Quickie 300R. The chair is very comfortable and suits my needs perfectly. Also thank you for your exceptional service and the time spent with me making sure that the chair was ok for me.
