Had my consumer unit replaced last week (pictured below) and am very pleased with the work. Vince is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his methods and will not cut corners, and happy to take the time to explain. Competitive prices to boot.Also had a look at a separate issue I had in the conservatory free of charge. Upon taking his advice I managed to find a workaround and got that issue fixed myself, saving a pretty penny there too :)(It was behind the wall as you suspected Vince!) Suffice it to say will be calling again and highly recommended.

Called up and got an appointment straight away which was fantastic as all others I had called were giving me 1-2 weeks wait time! No charge out fee which was brilliant as again all other company’s were charging around £90 just to come out and check what was wrong! Turned up on time, got the job done in 25 minutes, reasonably priced, polite and very professional. Will be using again if needed and would highly recommend.

From initial contact to job completion this gentleman not only made light work of a complicated electrical problem which left me scratching my head but explained exactly why I couldn’t get the reading when tackling it myself with a multimeter.
