Riverside Bi Fold Ltd

100% recommend this company. They have recently fitted 5 panel bi-fold door, set of french doors and triangle windows to sit above our bi-folds. From the initial visit to installation I can't fault them. We visited there showroom in Southampton to try out the bi-folds before ordering. They have done a fab job which included rectifying some previous poor workmanship. We did a lot of shopping around before going with this company and not only were they the best value but they did an amazing job and you can tell they care about you. We only had to pay an initial deposit and balance was paid once work was completed. If your in the market for bi-folds etc I would recommend you give these guys a try as if you get the same service we got you wont be disappointed.

It's easy to be good when everything goes right, but the true test is how the company responds when things go wrong. On the second day of the fitting, one of the fitters suffered a serious family crisis.However before he left site he made sure we were safe, and the patio doors were secure and weatherproof. Aaron got an alternative fitter to complete the job within two working days. Am I satisfied? Completely. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Would I reccomend them ? I already have. I would certainly recommend Riverside Bi Folds to anyone thinking of having new doors or windows fitted.Local independent company that gives a first rate bespoke service at a competitive price. I had an old unattractive white UPVC door replaced last year for a new aluminium framed panoramic door, and recently had old single glazed box sash windows replaced at the front and rear ground floor with new aluminium double glazed units...no more chills and condensation issues now!Aaron and the team did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be contacting them again next year with a view to replacing some of my 1st floor windows.Thanks for a job well done.

I was extremely impressed with Riverside Bifolds from start to finish. They provided an excellent quote for Aluminium Bifolds, doors and windows; these were a better price then every other Aluminium quote we received and on a par with many of the PVC quotes! They have a show room and it was really nice to be able to see the range and discuss options. Ultimately it didn't feel like a sales pitch; they were just honest about the options which was refreshing. They remained communicative throughout and, when there were issues, they did what they could to resolve the issues. The fitters were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing everything. Prompt and attentive survey and advice from the owner himself. Installed on the agreed day by two excellent fitters. And the doors look and work great. Very pleased indeed.
