Rachel has provided me with regular maintenance treatment and recovery treatment from a few sporting injuries for several years now - she is always very insightful and knowledgable and her treatment helps me greatly - always on time and very clean treatment rooms - highly recommended.

After several years of sciatic pain, on recommendation I booked for massage and acupuncture with Rachel. Rachel is very quick to respond to any messages and was able to answer all my questions I was excited to get to my appointment and wow I was not disappointed. Rachel is amazing at her trade and is very knowledgeable. I walked in experiencing a lot of pain. Racheal put me at complete ease and when I walked out I could feel a massive improvement. I will definitely be returning to Rachel and would recommend her to anyone suffering from aches and pains.

Rachel is the best, I like how she spent a lot of time understanding my issue and then targeted the specific areas. She even gave me stretching exercises for relieving pain. The next morning I woke up pain free after a long time. Book yourselves and appointment before hand, leave a message if she can't receive the call, she will call back.
